The new shelves for the man cave are DONE! ...and filling up fast! Yes, I'm crazy. I got up, after attending a lovely wedding and staying up to late and eating pizza (we even got a FREE PIZZA) bright and early and hit the woods with the dog. We marched all the way to the canal and back and MAN was it HOT!!!All the heat and humidity must be really good for the mushrooms because there was a lot of them. OK, well, not "back" but I went there. It was a lot of fun. We stopped along the way on Friday night and stayed in the finest hotel available. It was realy nice. I slept with my socks on. I'm just going to kep feeding these two you one or two at time.This was taken after a slow night of fishing. I was totally bored with beating the water and having dogfish swarming me and pushing on my boots.IT was a 4:30 exposure and it was around 1:00am. It was a stormy ride out to MV on the little ferry and I spent most of it pretending I didn't feel sick in the truck.So far it's been a mixed bag of weather and I've spent a lot of time bundled up sleeping on the beach waiting for nothign to happen. Last night a little old lady came by and her tiny dog came over a dug a hole in the sand next to me and balled up and went to sleep!!! It was SO cute
